It started in a block of flats in Romania.

My uncle assembled computers in the '90s and shared his passion with me. Programming felt like having unlimited Lego bricks. That spark never went out.

I went from writing code to leading the people who write code. From freelancing to building enterprise products for organizations of 20,000+. From running JavaScript meetups in Timisoara to leading an open-source hackathon across multiple countries.

I love unblocking people and watching them do their best work.

Now, I'm building in public.

For years I shipped quietly. I prioritized the work and the people over being visible in the tech conversation. The blog posts stayed as drafts. The talks lived on a Google Drive.

That's changing. AI is rewriting how we build software, and I want to document that transition. The real version, not the hype cycle.

What I write about.

The messy reality of shipping products. What makes teams actually work (and what breaks them). How AI is changing the craft of building software. Technical deep-dives I wish existed when I was learning.

I develop with AI agents. It changed everything.

I don't mean autocomplete or chatting with a bot. I mean orchestrating AI agents as development partners that fundamentally reshape what one person can ship. The throughput multiplier is real. The areas I can impact have expanded by an order of magnitude.

This is the .com boom of the 2000s and the JavaScript frameworks advent of 2015 all over again. Only this time it will change the world inside out, not just on the surface. There's no playbook. No course that teaches this. You learn it by shipping.

Want to build something together? I'm always up for a good conversation.
